Services
The Sulphur City Court was established by the State of Louisiana. Although the Court is called a City Court, Sulphur Court is comprised of all areas within Ward4 including outlying areas of Carlyss, Sulphur, and inside and outside the city limits of Westlake. It has authority to decide certain juvenile matters, criminal matters, evictions, small claims, as well as civil disputes up to $50,000.00.
