CLEAN SLATE Amnesty Program

Do you or someone you know always find yourself looking over your shoulder while driving? Are you constantly worried about getting pulled over because you know you have an outstanding Bench Warrant? Are you missing work due to a suspended license? Then this program is for you!

The Sulphur City Court and Ward 4 Marshal's Office in partnership with the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney's office and the City of Sulphur are offering a one-time deal for a peace of mind. Starting April 19, 2021 through May 14, 2021, you can take care of any and all qualifying Bench Warrants and/or Traffic Tickets dated prior to January 1, 2021 at a discounted rate. This means that if you have a bench warrant for non-appearance or an unpaid traffic ticket and the charges fall into the guidelines of the Amnesty program you can pay a set fee and have the charges and bench warrant cleared up that day. This will allow those who need to obtain a valid driver's license the ability to do so without breaking the bank. We know times are tough and understand that, which is why we are offering this "Clean Slate" for 2021. The deadline for this program is May 14, 2021 so make sure to contact the Sulphur City Court at 337-527-7006 or the Ward 4 Marshal's office at 337-527-5110 today to get these matters cleared up for good.
