CLEAN SLATE Amnesty Program

The Sulphur City Court and Ward 4 Marshal's Office in partnership with the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney's office and the City of Sulphur are offering a one-time deal for a peace of mind. Starting April 19, 2021 through May 14, 2021, you can take care of any and all qualifying Bench Warrants and/or Traffic Tickets dated prior to January 1, 2021 at a discounted rate. This means that if you have a bench warrant for non-appearance or an unpaid traffic ticket and the charges fall into the guidelines of the Amnesty program you can pay a set fee and have the charges and bench warrant cleared up that day. This will allow those who need to obtain a valid driver's license the ability to do so without breaking the bank. We know times are tough and understand that, which is why we are offering this "Clean Slate" for 2021.
